What a TST session looks like
TST specialises in small group technical training with a strong emphasis on footwork — foot speed both on and off the ball — 1v1s, 2v2s and 3v3s.
Groups are small, repetition is high, and everything is game functional. You will be coaching a curriculum, not making up drills on the day.
What we are looking for
Charisma
A positive, friendly and engaging personality that young players respond to.
Session management
The ability to adapt the coaching process based on the age and level of the players.
Coach material
You are, or clearly have the potential to be, an exceptional coach.
Football skills
Good footwork ability is essential — you will need to learn our footwork curriculum.
Commitment
Can you commit to every Saturday afternoon during school terms?
