The game is ultimately played with your head, but this is not possible without the ability to interact with the ball at an ‘elite’ sub-conscious level. Repetitive footwork practice and regular exposure to playing in tight spaces (2v1s, 1v1s,2v2s,3v3s etc) leads to better decisions and better use of space. In other words, it makes you a better player. If you want to take your ability ‘on and off’ the ball up a level then you need to get to TST. The first session is a free no obligation session.
